Choose your home
Once you have chosen the house you are interested in and its location in the village, we sign a reservation contract together.
Finalize your home-buying project
With the free assistance of our architect, you choose the interior design of your house. We then sign the sales contract which is accompanied by an interim payment.
Welcome to your new home
Once your house is built, we give you the keys and you become a resident of the village.
We stay by your side
Once the keys are handed over, you benefit from a two-year warranty for all latent defects.
